White Peas Salad

Ingredients: White Paes 1/2 cup ( Soaked & Boiled)

Cucumber 1 medium

Tomato 1 medium

Onion 1 medium

Green chilis, fresh coriander leaves, salt,

Black pepper powder and Chat masala

Lemon juice 1 spoon

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and your breakfast is ready.

In 1/2 cup white peas

Fiber : 6gms

Protein: almost 20gms

Iron , Vitamin B1 and B 13 around 8 to 10%
