Soaked Cashewnuts 6 pc
Soaked & peeled Almonds 8 to 10 pc
Water 1/2 cup
Put all the ingredients into blender & blend until all mix together.

Grated Coconut 1/4 cup
Spinach 1/2 cup
Grated Carrots 1/2 cup
Fruits ( according to your choice) . I added apple, grapes and pomegranate
Water 3/4 cup
Put all the ingredients into blender and blend it
CHOCO OATS SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS
Oats 1/2 cup soaked in water for 15 minutes
Cocoa powder 2 tablespoon
Flaxseed 1/2 teaspoon
Chia seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Kismis 1 teaspoon
Water 1/2 cup
Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend well.
BEETROOT CARROTS & PAPAYA SMOOTHIE

Grated beetroot 1/2 cup
Grated carrot 1/2 cup
Papaya ( chopped) 1/2 cup
Chia seeds 1 teaspoon
