Eggs : 2 boiled ( cut into 8 pieces)
Cucumber : 1 ( cut into small cube shapes)
Sweet Corn : 1/4 cup ( boiled)
Green Peas : 1/4 cup (boiled)
Peanuts : 2 tablespoon (roasted)
Coconut : 2 tablespoon ( small pieces)
Onion : 1 big size ( chopped )
Salt , pinch of salt , 1 teaspoon cooking oil & chili flakes
Egg salad is a super easy & healthy full meal. It can be consumed as breakfast / lunch / dinner . It is full of nutrients including good amount of proteins. Eggs are the most nutrient dense food. Heat the pan in low high flame. When the pan is ready add oil . Add chopped onion & fry it for 2 minutes. Add boiled peas , corn & fry for another 1 min. Finally add coconut , roasted peanuts & eggs , salt , and chili flakes. Fry for 1 min & turn off the burner. Add cucumber & mix well.
YOUR EGG SALAD IS READY TO SERVE.
