EGG SALAD

INGREDIENTS

Eggs : 2 boiled ( cut into 8 pieces)

Cucumber : 1 ( cut into small cube shapes)

Sweet Corn : 1/4 cup ( boiled)

Green Peas : 1/4 cup (boiled)

Peanuts : 2 tablespoon (roasted)

Coconut : 2 tablespoon ( small pieces)

Onion : 1 big size ( chopped )

Salt , pinch of salt , 1 teaspoon cooking oil & chili flakes

Egg salad is a super easy & healthy full meal. It can be consumed as breakfast / lunch / dinner . It is full of nutrients including good amount of proteins. Eggs are the most nutrient dense food. It contains almost every nutrient which we need for our body. Eggs are high in cholesterol but eating eggs does not adversely affect cholesterol in the blood.  Peas are low in calories & contain vitamins, minerals & antioxidants. They are also high in fiber and potein . They have low ( Glcemic Index) GI ,so its good for persons with diabetes.

THIS PREPARATION IS VERY GOOD FOR DIABETIC , HEART DISEASE, HIGH CHOLESTEROL PATIENTS

NOTE : EGGS ARE NOT HARMFUL FOR HIGH CHOLESTEROL PATIENTS . DAILY CONSUMPTION OF ONE WHOLE EGG IS RECOMMENDED TO KEEP YOURSELF HEALTHY

COOKING TIME         : 5 MIN

TOTAL TIME              : 15 MIN

DIFFICULTY LEVEL : EASY

INSTRUCTION

Heat the pan in low high flame. When the pan is  ready add oil . Add chopped onion & fry it for 2 minutes. Add boiled peas , corn & fry for another 1 min. Finally add coconut , roasted peanuts & eggs , salt , and chili flakes. Fry for 1 min & turn off the burner. Add cucumber & mix well.

YOUR EGG SALAD IS READY TO SERVE.
