
INGREDIENTS
Chickpeas : 1 cup ( soaked overnight)
Soya Chunk : 1/2 cup( soaked in lukewarm water for 20min)
1 big onion ( chopped), turmeric powder, red chili powder, cooking oil ( 1 tablespoon) , salt, coconut ( small pc optional), water, 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste

Chickpeas contains moderate amount of calories , several minerals, vitamins, fiber & protein. It helps to reduce body weight & boost bone weight. Chickpeas have low GI. It may help to prevent some chronic diseases like heart disease, type 2 diabetes and cancer. They are the good sources of iron and many nutrients which may support the brain health.

Soya chunks, unique plant based products , are rich in protein, omega 3 fatty acid & fiber. It is low fat product & can help to reduce body weight & fat mass. It helps to reduce menopausal symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness and regulate hormonal imbalance. INSTRUCTIONS
Boil the chickpeas in pressure cooker so that chickpeas become soft. Rinse the soaked soya chunks 3/4 times. Heat a pan in medium flame & add 1 tablespoon oil. When the oil is ready add chopped onion & fry till it turns golden brown. Add chickpeas & soya chunks & fry for 4/5 minutes. Add salt, turmeric powder, ginger paste & chili powder and fry well. Add coconut continue frying and finally add few drops of water . Cook for few more minutes until all the spices are properly mixed and becomes dry.
