Eggs are the most nutritious foods, contains almost every nutrients including antioxidants lutein & zeaxanthin which are vey good for eye health. It helps to protect from cataracts. Eggs itself are high in cholesterol but eating eggs doesn’t adversely affect cholesterol but instead it increase the level of HDL ( good cholesterol ). Daily consumption of eggs reduce the risk of heart disease.

INGREDIENTS
2 Eggs
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1 small onion , peeled and chopped
8 Mushrooms , sliced
Salt and Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Whish 2 eggs & salt in a bowl. Add onion ,mushrooms , oregano and pepper & mix well . Add the mixture to a greased baking dish. Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 20 to 25 minutes.
