INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup low fat curd
1/2 cup raw spinach paste
1/2 cup semolina
1 chopped onion ( big size)
salt, green chilis
oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
Whip the curd in a bowl, add little water & salt and mix well. Then add semolina into it and mix well. Rest for 10 minutes. After that add spinach paste, chopped onion and chilis. Mix well and mixture of uttapam is ready.
Heat the sauce pan over medium heat. When the pan is ready add 1 teaspoon oil. Add batter using soup ladle. Cover it and let it cook . When the bottom is slightly golden brown , flip them. Again cover it and cook in low flame.
