OATS SMOOTHIES

Oats are good source of vitamins, minerals, healthy carbs, fiber & antioxidants. It helps to reduce cholesterol & blood sugar level and promote healthy gut bacteria. As it is a good source of fiber , it may help to reduce constipation.

BANANA OATS SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

1 Banana ( Medium Size)

1 1/2Tablespoon oats ( soaked in 1/2 cup water for 10 minutes)

6 Almonds & 4 cashew nuts ( soaked overnight)

2 Dates ( soaked for 30 minutes)

2 teaspoons flaxseeds

Fruits according to your choice

1/2 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS

Put banana, soaked oats, almonds, cashew nuts, dates & flaxseeds in a blender and blend well. Put the mixture in a glass and add fruits.

BANANA PAPAYA OATS SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

1 Medium size Banana

1 cup chopped papaya

2 Tablespoon oats ( soaked in water)

1 tablespoon flaxseeds

1/2 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS

In a blender, mix all the ingredients & blend.

ENJOY YOUR SMOOTHIE
