Chicken Keema 250gs
Egg 1 (whole)
Chopped Onion ( 2 small size) & green chillis
Salt, Ginger & Garlic Paste ( 1 teaspoon )
Oil for frying
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
Spread the mixture on one side of the bread
Heat a frying pan. Add 1/2 teaspoon oil & brush the oil all over the pan. When the oil is ready just put the chicken side of the bread on the pan. Cook in medium heat. Let the chicken cook properly & then flip them. Cut the toast into 2 slices.
Your crispy chicken toast is ready to serve.
